Will any frame work for lens replacement? +
Most frames work. The lab evaluates each frame on receipt. In rare cases (very old frames, severe damage, or non-standard sizing) they will contact you before proceeding.
What if my prescription is very strong? +
LensesRx accepts virtually all prescriptions, including high-power spherical, high cylinder, and prism. Surcharges apply for SPH above ±5.00 and CYL above 3.00.
How long does it take? +
7–14 business days for most orders. Complex prescriptions or specialty lenses may take up to 21 days.
What is the 30-day guarantee? +
If you are not satisfied with your lenses within 30 days of receipt — for any reason — LensesRx will remake them at no charge.
